These forged, from hardened Chrome Vanadium steel, sockets are suitable for use with either hand ratchet wrenches or air impact wrenches.
Impact sockets are designed for use on electric or air powered impact wrenches. These devices offer high torque in a compact device by delivering impact blows which helps loosen machine tightened nuts and bolts or fastenings used in adverse environments such as the automotive industry.
